Judge Milazzo is a refreshing addtion to the federal bench. She treats all who appear before her with respect and dignity; she was prepared for hearings; and is not impressed with her power. However, that's not offered as an invitation to cross her. Having said that, my client didn't get the relief they wanted, but left feelping like we had a fair shot and apprecitated the judges ability to manage a settlement process that inspired and resulted in meaningful settlement discussions.
