Judge Thurston is one of the best judges in either the state or federal courts. She knows the law, is prepared and even handed. Although she has ruled against me, she did so with an even temperament. One of the best!
Judge Thurston thinks the Border Patrol needs a warrant to arrest ILLEGAL immigrants. How so Judge? They did not use due process to enter the country why do they have to have due process to be arrested and deported. We should deport your ass to CECOT in El Salvador. You can found a legal aid office there to help your buddies.
