Judge Schulze presided over a settlement or mediation conference in my case. It was a complex matter of corporation law, and claims by stockholders. She was extremely intelligent, articulate, and most importantly, she had a wonderful personality that put all parties at ease. She was also very fair. We settled the case, which in my experience is unusual.
