Judge Ericksen should leave the bench for no other reason than her bare naked lack of interest in a consistent, predictable rule of law.

She is a results-oriented judge; meaning, she wants businesses to win and individuals to lose. Easily one of the worst federal judges on the bench.

If you aren't a business owner but you have a valid case against the business, this judge will throw it out. I had to wonder if my case was the one that she actually looked at. I have heard that she is the worst judge I could have had on my employment case.

This judge is biased and makes things up as she goes to come to the ruling she wants with no regard as to evidence or what the law says.

A superb jurist and even handed judge. Can be ponderous but still has all facts at her disposal.

Takes forever in handing down decisions then when she does you have to wonder whether this is the case you actually argued. She does not seem to follow the law, instead making it come out the way she seems to want it.
