Horrible , just wanted case tossed . wrote his bs with a threatening manner a pro se litigant . Is THIS how justice is served ?? Siding with the power ? Side with the little guy who is trying to have justice SHAMEFUL . appeal on switching out judges and he thinks that's OK?? AZ Worst fed court protect the mission creeps (his chief) NO HON!!

Horrible judge. Not prepared and rulings show lack of focus. Never saw a judge who made so many incorrect rulings that were easily proven to be false and based upon a bias.

this judge has not only denied justice to my son and for myself but colluded with the respondents committing judicial interference in my appeals process this judge should be disrobed permanently, never to serve in any judicial capacity ever again!

Smart and fair. Finally a District Court judge that rules on motions to dismiss rather than letting them languish while the parties conduct discovery and eventually settle cases that should've been dismissed!
