Nasty judge who berates, ridicules and opines endlessly thereby disregarding facts. She will smile pretty, then stab you in the back. She is a nasty person.
Lazy, inefficient, and stupid. It takes nearly five months to calendar any motion before her. She is pro-business and government. A piece of crap, with a smiley face.
Judge Staton is smart, prepared and runs a tight courtroom. She is protective of the rights of criminal defendants while also sensitive to victims. Well presented arguments supported by the facts and law prevail in her courtroom.
Nothing more than an activist judge who subverts the US constitution.
Judge Stanton time and time again does not agree with, and indeed tramples the US Constitution, thereby putting the future of the country and its citizens at risk. Instead of agreeing with our Founding Fathers, Judge Stanton allows her personal fears and political beliefs to guide her judicial decisions, thereby undermining the very fabric of our great country and everything that every single one of our brave soldiers have fought and died for.
