Exceptional. Judge Quinn understands the demands of busy practitioners and openly (and even-handedly) looks for ways to make everyone's lives easier. Understands the issues after a brief informal conversation, and cuts through irrelevant issues immediately. Had a settlement conference before him and he worked it harder than most mediators would have. I'm dreading the day when he's tapped for a District Court seat and no longer has the time to spend on individual matters.
