It is a judge seeking to prevail and protect the government failure. It is ajudge that should be ashamed and a disgrace for her bench. She dismissed case 22CV24100 after providing such weak allegation that evidenced the bias and partiality of her. Judge Williams you wiill not silent me or prevent that my case will receive the proper justice. You are just another barrier that will be overcome and in your conscious will remain the negligence you foster.

This Judge is a total ashamed for justice. She dismissed case 21-CV-24100 for mootness. Her decision was based on: 1.- Unable to accept the caliber of lawsuit presented by a pro se litigant. She discriminated it and provided an allegation that was totally unjust. 2.- It proof the partially of justice before the government. Seeking to protect the government failure and keep people silent for obvious violation of the civil rights. 3.- The judge denied the entire case as whole without considering the stackable issues. 4.- She is a Judge seeking to protect the government instead of people's right. 5.- JUDGE WILLIAMS you won't silent me or avoid my perseverance for justice. I will ensure the entire country hears about the lawsuit you felt entitle to denied with your unjust allegations.

A huge disappointment. Sense is that Judge Williams really does want to do the right thing for the average citizen, but when the government talks --- she listens, and gets in line. Sadly, unless judges are going to stand firm behind the law, despite who they might upset, there is little incentive to represent the little guy. No wonder the little guy is so unrepresented in federal court. It's just going to keep getting worse. RIP, the constitution, the federal code, common law, equity, justice for all.

Very Nice, bends backwards for both sides of the isle, compared to other Judges in her District she is an angel. She cares for others on and off the bench, however by being such an angel she gives out low sentences.

I have no idea how she is in criminal cases, so I gave her a 5.0. However, in civil litigation, she appears to be intellectually challenged in several respects. She is unable to follow precedent, and seems to rule instead on emotion. There is nothing objective about her.

Fickle minded, vindictive & mediocre in her grasp of the law. The comment below (#19601)rating Judge KMW at "10" was understandably written by a Criminal Defense Lawyer: Judge KMW still has the mentality of a Public Defender (her previous appointment) which is that of mediocre criminal defense lawyer.

An excellent judge who is truly dedicated to serving the objective interests of justice in every case.
