I am a first year law student, who recently read Ms. Vratil's opinion on Klocek v. Gateway. Her opinion was not only extremely eloquent, but also interpreted the law correctly, especially provision 2-207 of the UCC, which the court in Hill v. Gateway did an appalling job at interpreting. Kansas should be honored to have someone of that caliber sitting in their court.
