Never have written an opinion about a judge, state or federal. Seems this judge has been at it too long, and should retire. Comes across as an angry old man who hates is job, and it's reflected in his rulings. Never have I been before a judge who so seems to have predetermined his rulings, with no open-mindedness or lack of bias. Certainly the worst federal judge I have been before.

Judge Ryskamp defends the PSO on ADA ad other civil right's violations against a senior citizen who is totally disabled on a false domestic violence charge that was dropped by the State Attorney's Office because it would be impossible for the individual to commit any violence due to eleven joint replacements. The deputy was deaf, dumb and blind and needed a seeing eye dog. The judge seals all evidence to protect a rogue road deputy and a corrupt Sheriff Bradshaw who committed dozens of acts deliberate indifference that put the litigant in fear of his life. The judge does not know the federal and state law regarding transporting and handcuffing of disabled individuals as well as the Sherif and the Defense attorney. The PBSO does not know these regulations and says these officers don't need training. He is like a deer caught in the headlights when it comes to understanding a case that involves an individual with auto immune disease. He plagarizes his Orders from Defense Counsel 's false statements and condones female strip searches of males and perjury by PBSO officers and admits evidence after the Discovery date. This judge is not qualified to adjudicate any case that involves an individual who is totally disabled with auto immune diseases. Corruption, coverups an collusion are rampant in the 15th District.

He is a fantastic judge. I admire his scholarship, as well as his grasp and resolution of complex issues.

I believe in ageism; it has a place in the workplace and in the courtroom. Just as certain people, such as pilots, should not be allowed to work past a certain age, judges should not be allowed to work past a certain age. Why is this judge still on the bench? Can he even think rationally enough to make a decision that could become a ruling that people have to live with?

Not a thinker. Not very cerebral. Does not follow the law but rather tries to mold the law as he would want the law to be. Very allied with insurance industry & big business.

It just may be time for this 77 yr old to call it quits. The 11th circuit has spent years trying to get this Judge to properly sentence the defendant and impose proper restitution. . .

THE FOLLOWING REVIEW IS A STATEMENT OF OPINION: Judge Kenneth L Ryskamp is responsible for letting a criminal go free after the defendant, who is a who is a well known PILL MILL M.D. was responsible for the deaths and overdoses of a few of his 300 patients. this doctor who took an oath to first do no harm provided his 300 patients with RX's for 400 pills every month year after year ie;Methadone, Xanax, Roxicodne,Loricet,Aderal, Soma, etc etc. Questio: Is Judge Ryskamp & U S Attorney Rabinowitz just as guilty as the DR. Your basic good judge
