Keri L. Holleb Hotaling

In over thirty years of practicing in this courthouse, I have never seen such a sh#$show as this courtroom. This judge doesn’t even try to hide her bias. By the smiles and cute little hand waves to counsel you know exactly what the outcome is before anyone starts. She argues with attorneys over irrelevant and petty issues. She is insulting and her decorum is non existent. I have sat through numerous calls with her and the behavior is consistent. She needs more training or to rethink her career choices,

my first experience with this judge. She gets in the trenches in settlement conferences and has a great protocol that has much of the work done before the day of the conference. She practiced as a business litigator in private practice, so she actually knows how these cases go in real life. Likely to be USDC after not too long
