Kevin F. McDonald

Judge McDonald is the most prepared judge an attorney will appear before. He will do what he honestly thinks is right and, if he is wrong, it isn't because of a lack of effort or an attempt to reach a predetermined result. He works very hard. He is very cordial to counsel, and he tries to accommodate on scheduling issues with the discretion he has.

In case my earlier comment was discarded, I suffice to say here that I consider Magistrate Kevin F. McDonald to be a joke of, or poor excuse for, a judge. It is scary what he gets away with under the color of law.
