Smart, but extraordinarily biased in favor of civil rights litigants. She is, do use common vernacular, extremely "woke." If she likes your side, she'll let everything in, double hearsay, newspaper articles, rumors, online rants--it doesn't matter. If she's against you, it's impossible to get a fair hearing. Uses her intellect to twist the facts to bring about the results she wants, not what the law requires.

What we hope all judges are: fair, calm, firm, approachable, diplomatic. A judge's judge.

Impressed by her lifetime appointment, the attorneys now have to pay the consequences. Its difficult to get a fair hearing in this court.

Judge in the Joey Pinasco vs State civil case. She was amazing and very fair. State attorney was rude to her several times and she was very strong and professional with him. Judge Mueller is very, very smart. She is decisive and rules on the merits rather than on an abstract notion of fairness. Great judge.
