Kurt D. Engelhardt

Engelhardt has problems with complex and ethical issues- He does not manage his docket efficiently and outside the court room his conduct has been questioned on multiple occasions. The Eastern District just got rid of Proteous and several more of the Proteous Crowd still sit on the State and Federal Bench.

Kind of conservative, smart, and a stickler for the rules. Almost impossible to get a continuance from him, even with a joint motion.
