Judge Garcia mediated an incredibly difficult case with patience and persistence, helping the parties find creative solutions and ultimately settle the case. She gave an honest and well-reasoned assessment of the case. She was firm when necessary about difficult facts and legal issues, but she also ensured that my client felt heard and understood to the greatest extent possible.

She is by far the lowest quality judge that I have ever gotten to know. I fear for the day that she gets promoted in Connecticut. Inexperienced, stupid, and biased judge. Doesn't know the law and makes it up on the way.
