Marshal D. Morgan

This magistrate judge has a good judicial temperament and listens to attorneys for both parties carefully without bias. He is willing to spend as much time as necessary in settlement conferences when he sees a true intention of the parties to settle and to conclude the case. I have had him a few times presiding settlement conferences in civil cases, when I have been representing both defendant corporations as well as Plaintiffs, and he has been very helpful helpful in settling the cases. He is also very reasonable establishing case management deadlines.
