An arrogant, conceited and lazy excuse for a judge -and ones like her are among the worst. I tried a case before her on a simple contract issue. She was one of the most insulting and demeaning people I have ever encounted to me and opposing counsel. She was cluless about basic contracts law. She sits on files and cites any excuse to dismiss or avoid adjudicating them. She refused to recuse even after knowing her husband [a pathetic excuse for a lawyer] was involved in a related case with me. Her more recent posts below were undoubtedlly done by her or supporters - but then again nobody posted about her in over FOUR years.

I must say after reading about her last year and watching her in court. This is an amazing woman. Blessings to her and her family..

I just lost a jury trial in front of Judge Scriven but must say that she was an excellent trial judge. She kept the trial moving, didn't put up with and BS from the attorneys, and made prompt, correct and even-handed rulings on the many disputed matters.

Thanks to you, thousands of welfare recipients can continue to feed their drug problems and still receive money from us, the taxpayers. My neighbors on Shabonne in North Port house a felon who smokes crack, weed and anything else. They receive Section 8 food stamps and every other benefit. You protect these lowlifes and thousands more like them. Hopefully, someday we can toss you off the bench. You are a disgusting example of someone not working for the hard-working people of this country.

very slow on ruling on dispositive motions and not very through at times in her written orders. This would be my last choice for a trial judge in this district.

Why are you throwing out the drug testing law? People get drug tested when they get a job and people who are taking MY tax money for welfare should get drug tested also. Your way out of line on this. You have no right to retract a law that supports drug testing to welfare recipients
