Michael A. Telesca

Judge Telesca is one of the finest judges and human beings I have ever known. Always fair and considerate. Smart and demands lawyers be prepared. Not political in any way. He took on the Atica Prison uprising cases and brought about a settlement after 30 years of nearly no progress. Although he still hears cases give his age and health he has reduced his schedule.

I was privileged to have been given an opportunity to have had some exposure to Judge Telesca as a youngster. He had one of the most positive and long-lasting impressions ever, both with regard to military service as well as his service as a Judge. I wish him and his family all the best.
