Deeply thoughtful and conscientious judge. He cares the most about doing the right thing and will try hard to reach a result that is fair from that perspective. He is capable of changing his mind during the course of a litigation (which a lot of federal judges cannot). He can occasionally be short-tempered but most of the time, he is very courteous yet honest to litigants. Huge respect for this judge.

He never once responded to any of my motions or requests for oral argument, even when the other side was in support if you are pro se, good luck. He'll simply throw you back to the wolves. Total lib. Repugnant to our constitution.

He is not a bad judge on the merits, but everything about his courtroom is for his personal convenience and attitudes, and has nothing to do with the concerns of litigants. (Least of all do the concerns of lawyers matter to him.)
