Anti plaintiff parochial judge. [Redacted by Ed.] Presides over an empty courthouse in what looks like a bombed out city. No difference between him and a state court judge.

In the name of Daubert and Evidence, judges who so choose have a powerful tool with which to manipulate the American system of adjudication and bypass the Seventh Amendment. Not only are gatekeeping judges resolving factual disputes among opposing witnesses, they are resolving such disputes in a way that "poses a threat to the continued viability of the Seventh Amendment jury trial. "
