I tried a jury case before him several years ago. His rulings were dead-on accurate. He sets the bar when it comes to judicial temperament and working with litigants. He runs a "happy place" courtroom, true pleasure to deal with him and staff, easy. He is as good as it gets in the judge business.
By far one of the finest judges I've appeared before. His temperament is a dream, he's extremely fair, an he lets both sides be heard. I've appeared before other judges in this court, and Judge Anello is tied with another judge as my favorite judges. If your case gets him in the random draw, you should rejoice!!
An excellent judge across the board. I wish they were all like this. Quick to grasp the main issues and gets his decisions out in a timely manner.
This was my first appearance before Judge Anello and it was a pleasure. He was considerate and patient. He clearly stated his reasons for the sentence imposed which left little to speculate. He is an excellent addition to the Federal Bench.
