One of the worst. He is obnoxious, rude, and completely full of himself. Projects nefarious activities on counsel that could only find root in his own underhandedness. Too bad he did not receive therapy at a young age.

Biased toward government. He says he doesn’t rule on matters not before him, but routinely did so in favor of government. So happy he is leaving the bench soon. We don’t need the bias and arrogance.

Rude rude rude. Condescending; government-leaning biased little bully with too much power for his own good. Lazy. After motions submitted, filed and completed he asked for unnecessary supplemental briefing to get the lawyers to do his job! Here's a CLUE: after we've submitted it, we have done our job so you do your own darn job, do-do head.

Made a snap judgment of denial of a 35 page pleading in an hour. Did not read the Complaint, save for a superficial skim.

Involved in Civil settlement talks. Magistrate favors government position. Does not question veracity of positions taken by DOJ. Likes to talk about his time prosecuting cases. Tends to use trite comments which do not lend themselves to settlement positions. I take it he is new and needs some coaching perhaps instruction to overcome this. At this point, will favor the government and appears to be pro prosecution very heavily. May mature later.
