I feel this judge has a one tracked mind. Witnessing the hearing we attended, he wanted nothing to do with hearing an argument or a closing statement from the man who was getting his life turned upside down

How is this judge allowed to sit on the bench at 90 years old? He can barely make a sentence and someone obviously coached him on what he needed to say as he read from papers everything he said.

Judge Moon doesn't seem to understand the Constitution does not allow the government to dictate to the People, that the People must purchase a service just to live in the United States.

He cannot hide his personal affiliations. Judge Moon should have withdrawn from our case, but instead he telegraphed his opinion through the opposing counsel's pleadings. In my humble opinion he does not belong on the bench.

If you fight with the government over a sentencing issue, he will usually give it to you but then give you the top of the guideline range, making it a Pyrrhic victory. He typically does a "drive-by" sentencing. Fifteen minutes, tops.
