he is deferential to magistrates without regard to due process or the law. His priority is first to support the other judge on the file, even if that means constitutional rights are violated and he has to ignore the facts and applicable law to do it. He does not ensure consistency and predictability in an unbiased court system, and has engaged in extremely invasive inquiries into attorneys' personal lives and health on threat of sanctions and without appropriate protections of confidentiality, without a legal basis to do so. He scolds female attorneys who are acting in opposition to gender discrimination in the litigation process without bothering to permit an explanation or hearing on the matter.
