Paul J. Cleary

I had a matter in front of this guy and he continually interrupted me and clearly slanted the case in favor of his buddies on the other side. This guy also practiced law from the bench and I had to call him out about it right in court. He thinks he can do whatever he wants to do simply because he's a magistrate. He is a joke and should be fired.

A very good, smart and hardworking judge who is fair to all. A pleasure.

Smart and efficient. Seems to fight against his bias in favor of corporate defendants... and usually makes fair rulings. Hard worker and respectful to lawyers.
