Bush got this one wrong! Miserable human being, absolutely zero compassion. Prosecution and defense attorneys both agreed on punishment he over ruled both. Doesn’t care about ruining lives of people who made mistakes. Time to retire
Certainly the worst judge, possibly the worst human being, I have ever encountered. Almost joyfully demonic. I have considered a judicial conduct complaint (which would be filed with the Third Circuit), but I genuinely fear reprisals. Such a terrible person that, outside the courtroom, his own court staff openly berated his temperament.

Your Honor, The only way our country can heal is to do a complete and total recount. We need to videotape each person opening and recording ballots. It should be an easy task to keep everything honest. There is real corruption in the system and our country will divided and will fall and a lot of people hurt because...let’s face it ..America hates cheaters, liars and dishonesty. Thank God for the Davis decision. This judge was delighted to hand out life sentences like cupcakes. Good prevails over an evil.

WORST of the WORST! Shameful with poor judgement and No brain for the intelligence needed on a federal bench. Decisions based on who he allows to speak the longest and who agrees with him enough to flatter him in court. Stupidity reigns in his world. Sad for the innocent

Judge Diamond plays by his own rules. Ignores the law and enjoys laughing and yawning in court. No clue in how to behave or treat attorneys, defendants. His favorites are the shameful prosecutors who soak up his flattery. Shame on him, shame on the laws of justice. Retire already!
This judge has no right being on the bench in federal court. A disgrace of the justice system. Shame on anyone who plays his game . Cushy job bc he would never make it off the bench!
Judge Diamond was horrible in my case. When the other side seems to be losing on facts & law he accused me of not being a member of the bar. During trial berated me.
A petty dictator of a judge. He abuses his power freely and is incapable of acting with anything close to proper judicial temperament. True embarrassment to the judiciary.

Very biased against pro se litigants- allows attorneys to expand cases to bill clients and milk insurance companies. Refuses to compel discovery on attorneys when when party if pro se.
I commented in 2012. I had the misfortune to stand before this joker again 5/23/13 for a probation "violation" he personally arranged. Again, he distorted the record, repealed court rules, misapplied the law, and bullied the defense. More seriously, I have developed evidence that this unqualified hack tampered with the case record in a way that may be criminal. Much of the evidence is included in my mandamus case file in the 3d Circuit, No. 14-2108.
