Not a legal eagle. He went to third rate undergraduste and law schools and it shows. This guy is the legal aid lawyer in those old court house sitcoms. There is more to civil practice than thinking that the case is only about a group of fat rich white guys fighting over money. This judge is better suited for night court.

Overall, one of the judges I would prefer to draw in the northern district.
