Peter R. Palermo

This poor guy is in his nineties and should have retired years ago. When he appears in court, he has only the foggiest notion of what is going on. He is not a bad guy, but for goodness sake, he has no business being on the bench.

One of the best assets in the Southern District of Florida. Judge Palermo is a life-long public servant who is even-handed in all actions. Seems like the picture of Dorian Gray. Never ages. Too bad that he's getting older and will stop working some day.
