this administrative Judge blocked a surrender of Adverse Claim to State as usufruct, withholding the reversionary interest from the account of the United States Treasury, in violation of the Trading with the Enemy Act [TWEA]; causing harm, injury and loss to a peaceful civilian who is granted innocent passage and peaceful use and enjoyment of the land in exchange for the surrender of the reversionary interest to the Treasury for the good of the Nation; this man, acting as an Article IV administrative Judge (executive branch) is guilty of treason, for blocking a surrender done in good faith, and needs to be removed from Office immediately;

Civil Litigation - Govt.: One word; Incompetent Judge Andrews displayed his lack of understanding…

One word; Incompetent Judge Andrews displayed his lack of understanding of the Heller and Bruen decisions in his recent anti second amendment decision (22-951). His error will be swiftly corrected by a more competent court. His decision has zero chance of standing. Ha, what a bumbling illogical fool.
