Typical government stooge. Amazing arrogance teamed with little mental strength. A real politician's politician cloaked in black.

Does not read even the most simple papers, comes to bench unprepared and late, not very bright, and rude. A walking argument agasint political appointements.

Very kind to witnesses and individual parties; treats attorneys well also.
