When the same person leaves 5 or 6 10 star comments within minutes of each other, it lessens the value of this website, and makes me wonder, did you Judge Benitez write these comments about yourself or was it a family member?
Do not worry about your sanction. Those hypocrites at the nine Circuit ignored the outrageous conduct of Judge Dana Sabraw when he took a lawsuit against his wife, the D.A. Stephans was involved in, and threw it out. The fraud did nothing to that narcissistic man who thinks he and his wife own the Court system. Judge Thomas covered it up. So did the State Bar. So it is all timing. Sabraw paid his way to federal court. The Judge -D.A.'s conflict of interest was covered up for long. Sabraw probably would still be taking classes that involve his wife if he could get away with it. He is nonaccountable

I have never appeared before this judge, but I have read of him. I am completely astounded at the unfettered plaudits and acclaim listed on this site, most of which were posted in the early days of October 2020. Probably just a strange coincidence, yes???
