Outstanding judge. Fair, firm, but does not take himself too seriously. Great sense of humor, and has excellent judicial temperament. Very fair, and not a shill for the Government like some judges... I hope he stays on bench for long time.

An excellent judge who is not afraid to directly address tough legal issues. While he can occasionally display irritation toward those who are not prepared, he is always courteous. He has done an excellent job with trials of complex civil matters.
He is a very fair judge who is very smart and has a lot of common sense. Unfortunatley, he has a very short fuse and can explode in a milli-second for no appearant reason but doesn't seem to hold that against the lawyer or party. On the whole a very good judge.
