Ronald S.W. Lew

I'm not an attorney. I was the plaintiff in a case where Judge Lew presided. Apparently he is way past his "use by" date. Granted Summary Judgement for the defendant in the face of clear, undeniable contractual violations that show as much as $500K of unreported income. My attorneys were dumbfounded but not shocked based on what they'd heard and read about this judge. Frankly, his incompetence will cost me another year and a lot more money to fund the ongoing case. Isn't there a mechanism for removing a judge, particularly a federal judge, when he/she becomes unable to perform the duties they were appointed to do?

Senior Judge Lew must retire, he is defrauding the United States and the taxpayer of honest services, he is unable to do his job as a factfinder because he does not care about the facts, or the evidence. We cannot continue to pay $200,000 a year to a judge who is senile and incompetent.

Congress must change the law, as in this case, Judge Lew is mentally incapicated and hostile, is not qualified, does not serve, and can not be a judge until he dies, congress must change the law "it cannot be life tenure". This judge is a danger to the public, does not care about the facts of the case, and abuses his discretion time and time again,does not follow procedure. Simply put, the senior judge should stay home, and the district court should not assign any more cases to him.If the court does assign a case to him, immediately file motion to get another judge. Judge Lew has been on the bench for over 30 years and cannot continue because he is senile. He is incompetent. A judge must always do the right thing, especially when he has committed fraud, and must disqualify himself. When this judge refuses to disqualify himself, he taints the judicial system when he does not care about the mission of the court. The taxpayers pay for this judge and his pension for life to do the right thing, he cares only about about his ego, and his "power". He is terrible, and once he makes up his mind, he will not change it even the decision was procured by fraud. The judge has deceptive practice, and creates false records to falsify the public record.

He has a good heart. He is just without any ability. He doesn't understand logic. He doesn't understand language. He doesn't understand law. He is the last person qualified to be a judge. To read his opinions is to escape reality. He doesn't understand that words take their meaning from context and that a strike in baseball is not the same as a strike in bowling. Who picks these guys?

This district judge is senile and should get off the bench. Judge Lew does not care about the merits and will be co attorney for a government defendant and engages in fraud.

Once Judge Lew makes up his mind, he clearly is not dissuaded by either the facts or the law, even if his mistakes are brought to his attention.
