With all due respect, Judge Silver should not be on the bench. Her inability to grasp facts and the meaning behind them was truly amazing. I was almost embarrassed for her during oral arguments as her questioning showed an inability to comprehend, which we attorneys take for granted about judges. It is no wonder that she almost never allows for oral argument. As a result, her courtroom is a crapshoot, not a place where justice prevails.

Judge Silver is very smart and capable. She presided over a complex civil litigation matter with great skill. Her rulings were well thought out and supported, and she is very practical and accommodating to the lawyers on both sides.

Judge Silver is an excellent judge. She is always pleasant and polite. She understands all of the issues and gives fair rulings.

Congratulations. You have hit bottom! The absolutely worst judge in the district. Ignorance and a horrid judicial temperment. It doesn't get any worse than this.

A horrendous judicial temperament and a complete ignorance of the law make Judge silver a dangerous judge. Ill tempered and cruel is the perfect storm. Find a way to circumvent this judge if you can.
