Judge Snyder leaned in favor of a landlord in a clear case of the landlord's liability. At one point, the landlord destroyed relevant videotape evidence, but Judge Snyder did not penalize him. Our MSJ should have been granted, at least in part, but Judge Snyder did everything in her power to deny the motion. Thankfully, we reached a substantial settlement, so all was well in the end. Otherwise, she was a pleasure to be before. She has a great temperament.

I can honestly say this Judge is a person that takes her position seriously and cares about everyone appearing before her. I can say I am honored to have dealt with her throughout her career.
