Stephanie A. Gallagher

Judge Stephanie Gallagher's rulings in my case not only included salient judicial bias but also traumatizing, insulting, and humiliating remarks. She is a bully!! I am living in forever pain from the way she drafted her unjust summary judgment, allowing others to defame me, infuse hate remarks against my background culture, and strip me of my federal and constitutional rights. She is fully aware that I was raped by a white police officer from the sealed filings, yet she ignored this evidence because I am a Muslim woman. I concur with the rating on this website. She is racist and should not be on the bench.

In my litigation before the Maryland District Court, I perceived a consistent bias from Judge Stephanie Agli Gallagher. My impression is that she may not have thoroughly reviewed my filings, as her rulings consistently favored the defendant, a large institution. I believe she relied on their assertions without adequately considering my substantial evidence of racial discrimination, sexual harassment, intimidation, harassment, and abuse of power. In her filings, I felt personally insulted, both as a woman and as a non-U.S. born individual. Furthermore, it seemed to me that she dismissed hate remarks directed at me due to my Muslim faith, thereby legitimizing them. This experience has left me deeply traumatized. I attribute the loss of my case to what I perceive as her judicial bias.

She is full of herself. Doesn't belong on the bench. Overrated. Arrogant. Disrespectful to minorities. Has no business being. Baltimore city federal court jurist. Sloppy vetting when she was considered by the prior administration for a federal judgeship. Former law clerk to Mottz. Mistake, mistake, mistake. All the negative comments you read about Mortz will apply to her. She is a Motz protege. She probably got others to artificially give her high ratings on this page.

Judge Gallagher has been an outstanding addition to the bench in this District. Contrary to the outrageous comments by one poster suggesting otherwise, Judge Gallagher is patient, considerate, and polite to all parties that appear before her. She has the judicial temperament that lawyers and parties would hope to see in a federal magistrate judge.

This woman is horrible and a racist. Lacks basic human principles and is a complete bully. Why did President Obama appoint her. I'm writing to the Senate and President about this judge.
