Civil Litigation - Private: Litigating before this referee is like litigating before a nine year…

Litigating before this referee is like litigating before a nine year old. This referee once conducted what she called a "careful review" of a case only to find out that she conducted such a careful review on the wrong complaint. Then she denied a motion for appointment of counsel claiming that the government must pay counsel fees when appointing one in a civil lawsuit! She's about as competent as a wet bag of rocks.

Forced to be pro se by Senior Judge Sandra Beckwith. This magistrate is pitiful and biased. They are delaying the case, refusing to allow an amended complaint. Bias and prejudice abounds.

My political persecution civil rights lawsuit was sabotaged by assignment to this inexperience, biased magistrate who plays stooge for the Senior Judge Sandra Beckwith (former Hamilton Co. Commissioner). This duo allowed my attorneys to abruptly withdraw, before discovery. I cannot get anyone to take my case. Trying to get the judge to recluse herself has been stonewalled, with the magistrate denying the recluse and the judge agreeing!!! WORST case if a corrupted judiciary.

Conducts "careful reviews" of civil cases which is a euphemism for 'cursory reviews'. anyone subjected to forced magistrate assignment of this judge should pay close attention to her orders/rulings because she doesn't consider all the pleadings filed. I rate her as worst because if she can't uphold the constitution by conducting meaningful, proper reviews of cases, she shouldn't be on the bench.
