This is an experienced bench who has been on the bench for almost 20 years. He is well tempered, learned, and has a great sense of humor. Do not try to pull the wool over this guy. He;s seen it all and knows BS from a mile away. He is open to persuasion if there is merit to an argument ; but is not inclined to invent law just to suit you. He knows much more than he leads you to believe. He is getting bored , and tired. New issues with legal challenges do excite him. Run-of-the- mill stuff, just bores him. Can't say I blame him.

Really good Judge. Only downfall he makes his own plea deals. Most times I ran against him it was an upward departure. Very fair and open minded.
