Nasty person. Clearly Senile and not fully there. The woman is way too old to be handling cases. She stumbled over her own words many times and seemed to have trouble breathing. She just needs to retire at this point. It's like seeing a one-eyed dog at the pound, utterly pathetic.

I recently had a mortgage fraud defendant appear before her. She was wedded to a chart that she had created and would not depart from the pre-set guideline she had established, even though the government was not asking for a prison term.

Has she gotten rid of that dog in her chambers? She loves to yell at lawyers for being dumb -- I think she's overcompensating for her previous lackluster career as counsel.

Someone please advise Judge Dlott that in re to the abortion pill ruling that HMOs interfere with medical decisions. Ask if she will do something about them. The court case describing the medical conditions under which a woman can have an abortion is so vague as to allow an abortion if the woman will become upset about having to buy a new pair of shoes. Pro death stands right out!!!!! Bill Cavico

Judge Dlott is very professional. She treats ever one, defendants included, with the upmost courtesy. She tends to be fair in sentencing, but certain cases seem to be a pet peeve. She is very approachable in resolving problems by clients detained in smaller county jails with somewhat limited resources. Very open to mitigation.
