Terry L. Wooten

Terry Wooten is another judge that treats habeas corpus with contempt, he refuses to process petitions regarding illegal detention as such, he processes them as if attacking a state court conviction, these are petitions filed by people who are simply being held in violation of the law, they have not been convicted of anything. This is done so that the sheriff can then retaliate and intimidate the person, or move them to some other jail.

Tough Judge, but fair.
