Therese Wiley Dancks

Judge Dancks knows the law, and knows what it is to practice law. She has always shown herself to be fair, of excellent demeanor, and to be fully advised in any matter before her.

Judge Dancks is still relatively new, and apparently had little experience in federal court before being appointed. She certainly is working hard to bring herself up to speed, and her opinions are thoughtfully written.
