Tom S. Lee

Judge Lee is very nice, unfortunately, his law clerks are not. His dependence on them is inappropriate as it is not the Judge making the decision, it's the law clerks. They have way too much involvement and should be banned from the court room. If the law clerks don't like you, you lose. They will twist the law to make it come out the way they want. It's time for Judge Lee to go into COMPLETE retirement and these law clerks leave. They are a disgrace and his allowing them such power is unconstitutional.
