Ursula Ungaro

Inexplicably unpleasant and impatient. Apparently takes pleasure in denying agreed motions for extension. Also likes to threaten dismissal with prejudice when no basis exists. Not nearly the intellect she thinks that she is.

Judge Ungaro is industrious, intelligent, and does not tolerate shenanigans. She commands a deep understanding of the law. I have never had reason to doubt her fairness.

Prickly at times. Understands issues, open to listening to arguments, comes prepared, very intelligent though short on patience. Not a bad draw for prosecutors or defense attorneys, depending on the case.

The one that controls the schedule is the judges deputy clerk Kathy, has a nasty temper, short fuse, very hyper, uses cuss words when things dont go her way. The judge allows it to happen because Kathy is very good at her work but lacks people skills and at times her temper gets out of hand.

VERY RUDE, WEARS JUDGES ROBES LIKE A BATHROBE, AT TIMES GIVES THE APPEARANCES THAT SHE DOES NOT WANT TO BE IN THE COURT ROOM. LACKS COURT DECORUM.

She is incredibly organized and involved in effecting resolution. She understood and dispatched the issues efficiently and knowledgeably. She receives high marks from me.

Extremely efficient. She is as demanding on herself as she is on the attorneys who appear before her. Very fair and open-minded. Works hard. Professional. An excellent judge.

Smart, thorough, and well-prepared. She expects the same from others.

An extremely intelligent judge. However, do not show up in her courtroom unprepared.

Will do what she feels like regardless of the law or facts.
