Judge Victoria Roberts is exceptionally bright-- but she doesn't flaunt her intelligence and is quite modest. She is a no non-sense, no frills type of Judge and likes to get down to the issues quickly (of course, her intelligence allows her to see through fluff quickly; and she has experience on both sides of the civil litigation fence which, of course, helps).
Judge Roberts is a pretty good judge, and may be a great judge. She does get to the heart of the matter and does care. If more judges were like her, this country would be in a lot better shape.
Sharp. She will figure out what is going on.
Judge Roberts is very smart, generally cuts to the heart of the matter, and makes rulings that supportable and the vast majority of the time correct. She runs a tight courtroom, but also displays a sense of humor and permits attorneys to make their case.
I was pleasantly surprised that a judge in a large metropolitan area would spend the time to become well-acquainted with the case. Outstanding judge.
