this judge has been around a long time; now senior and still has zip on his fastball. sets a terrific and comfortable tone in the courtroom that sets jurors at ease and lets lawyers try their cases w/ no interference. he loves good lawyering. he is approachable and reasonable in all things, especially schedulilng

This is a very smart and fair judge who has the ability to write opinions that are clear and to the point and not overburdened with duplicative case law. Wish there were many more with his capabilities and temperment.
