Bad judge. Biased in any case with political issues. Leftist judge who will rule according to her political preferences, not the law. Another non-American on the American bench. Spends her time as Chancellor of a foreign university than doing her job on the bench.

A very smart judge who is respectful and evenhanded. She clearly cares about getting the law right. She's also the perfect amount of involved in a case, not absent but not a micromanager.

Although she did not rule in our favor on some very important substantive motions, she displayed a genuine interest in the law, tried to get things right, demonstrated good temperament, and showed respect for counsel on both sides.
