William G. Hussmann

It is an absolute pleasure to have Magistrate Judge Hussmann oversee a case. He rolls up his sleeves to help both sides settle cases that should settle, and will move cases along that cannot. A delightful, courteous, and respectful judge. A real gem.

Judge Hussmann is a very nice person with who it is very easy to get along. However, he consistantly refuses to enforce court imposed deadlines even if one side has repeatedly and flagrantly disregarded those deadlines.
