I agree with comments on this judge, he completely disregards evidence in the record and does not give reasonable answers to clear breaches of law and lies to court
It's time to retire this judge. (He needs to go to anger management or to control his sugar levels -- wow!)
Planned to ask witness if ever convicted of felony. Discussed with judge prior to witness with jury out. Reviewed what I could and could not ask if he said yes or no. Witness said no and I pulled out certified judgment reca sex crime. Asked witness if ever convicted of. And read title of statute as agreed. Judge went nuts and threatened to hold me in contempt. Jury dismissed and I held my ground telli g Judge to review transcript privately in chambers as he told me I could do what I did. We had break and his demeanor changed; he realized he was wrong. Refused to so advise jury that I did nothing wrong and we all know when the Judge is angry at a lawyer the jury respects the judge and the lawyer loses credibility. Judge realized he was wrong but refused to admit it or say anything o the jury. Poor temperament and failure to ensure equal footing for both attorneys.
Judge did a Motion last month He denied the motion Even when the police officers lied on the stand. It seems dont go near this judge as He is not balancing the scales of justice. I am a retired officer and Im ashamed of this judge. He should Retire
Temperament is awful. Needs to relax. Probably should consider stepping down.
Seems like Judge Zloch is losing it. 11th circuit reversed an easy one on SORNA No. 09-10228. He dismissed an indictment of Mr Myers based on SORNA commerce clause violation. Seems like he didnt read US vs Ambert - clear precedent by 11th circuit. This one is a lttle scary.
Not suited for the bench because of temperment...explosive!
