Judging my case No. 1:21-cv-00761-WJ-JFR, this Judge intentionally, [redacted by Ed.] and unlawfully ruled in favor of Defendant the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs despite Defendant the United States of America and other Federal Defendants had not been served with Summonses and with my June 25, 2018 pleading No.5:18-cv-03748-LHK in accordance with the F.R.C.P. Rule 4(i) and 28 U.S.C. § 1391(e)(2) and despite Assistant U.S. Attorney [redacted by Ed.] intentionally, criminally, maliciously, and unlawfully appeared in my lawsuit No. 1:21-cv-00761-WJ-JFR at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico using the name of AUSA [redacted by Ed.].
