Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the WeJudge platform ("the Platform"), available at wejudge.org, whose purpose is the publication of ratings and reviews of judges and judicial officers by citizens and legal professionals.

2. Acceptance

Using the Platform constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any of the terms set out here, you must refrain from using the service.

3. Registration and user account

Publishing reviews requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. WeJudge reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in the event of a breach of these terms.

4. Acceptable use and content

Published reviews must be based on personal, real experiences. It is strictly prohibited to publish false, defamatory, abusive, or insulting content, content that violates the honor or privacy of third parties, or content that infringes applicable law. WeJudge moderates content before publication and reserves the right to reject or remove any review that does not comply with these rules.

5. Liability

WeJudge acts as an intermediary service provider. Published opinions are the sole responsibility of their authors and do not represent the official position of the Platform. WeJudge does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of published ratings.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, code, logos, and other elements are the property of WeJudge and are protected by intellectual property law. Users retain ownership of the reviews they publish but grant WeJudge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and adapt them on the Platform.

7. Modifications

WeJudge may modify these terms at any time by publishing the changes on the Platform. Continued use of the service after notification will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
